Had a great experience with fixing my bike. In one day I was able to get an appointment, show up, and leave with fixed puncture and good quality tire replacements in under 30 minutes. All for really good price and great advice as well. Will come again.
Extremely good experience. Ash took the time to let me try the bikes and had sourced a range of options in my budget, from low to high. All bikes were good quality and neatly put together. I highly recommend trying these nice and helpful guys !!
What a find! I was dreading shopping for a new bike, but I’m glad I found Ash via. Quick google search. I called in the morning, was at his shop by 14:30, and had purchased a new bike by 15:30. He had a range of bikes for my height, and I was allowed to test ride as many as needed before making a decision. He was super patient as I kept asking similar Qs repeatedly whilst comparing the bikes, as I was moving up a price bracket and hence there was fair bit about the bikes I was unfamiliar with. Given the set up I had all of Ash’s attention which was an added bonus, and he was fully focused on helping find the right ride. I wish bigger businesses operated like Ash does, and you can tell he puts a huge amount of time and effort into finding bikes a new home. Super super happy!
Came in on the off chance of servicing my bike. Left with a fantastic second hand bike at a great price. Ash was very detailed in his explanations of how much the parts / servicing would cost and showed me what he had in stock as a comparison. I really appreciated his deep knowledge on bikes and the fact he wasn't trying to upsell or apply pressure to spend any more. For me, it made sense to grab one of his bikes, but he was very happy for me to stick with servicing my old bike. Would recommend

Couldn’t recommend Ash and the Cyclology team more!! I had been looking for a quality second hand road bike for ages and kept finding crappy ones. As soon as I chatted to Ash I knew it was going to be a great experience. He spent a lot of time with me figuring out the right bike and fit, I tried about 6-8 bikes. they have an incredible selection and they are all really well maintained!! Super happy with the experience and the value - highly recommend.
