Ash was incredibly helpful and accommodating, he set the bike up for me and provided advice on what to look out for to ensure the bike is the right size. The bike itself is in fantastic condition (as far as I can tell), he cleaned it prior to collection and even threw in a bell and bottle holder for free. As someone who doesn’t really know what to look for when buying a second hand bike, I would seriously recommend Urban Cycology. The pricing is very competitive especially when you consider the peace of mind you get from knowing Ash has checked over each bike himself.
I had a great experience with Urban Cycology, who restored my vintage Peugeot bike for me, which had been in storage for numerous years and needed a lot of work. Had a great experience with fixing my bike. In one day I was able to get an appointment, show up, and leave with fixed puncture and good quality tire replacements in under 30 minutes. All for really good price and great advice as well. Will come again.

Couldn’t recommend Ash and the Cyclology team more!! I had been looking for a quality second hand road bike for ages and kept finding crappy ones.
